Tests bandelettes (allergènes & mycotoxines)
Permettant de détecter différents analytes en quelques minutes seulement, les dosages immuno-chromatographiques de type bandelette permettent une prise de décision rapide.
Ces systèmes de dosages immuno-chromatographiques rapides sur bandelette repose sur une réaction antigène-anticorps. Pour effectuer l’analyse, la bandelette est plongée dans l’échantillon préalablement traité selon une procédure adéquate. Si l’analyte est présent dans l’échantillon, une ligne de couleur apparaît sur la bandelette au bout de 5 minutes. Cette lecture visuelle permet une analyse qualitative et semi-quantitative. Les bandelettes peuvent également être analysées quantitativement à l’aide d’un lecteur.
Simples à utiliser et permettant d’obtenir des résultats en quelques minutes, les tests bandelettes restent des analyses privilégiée par les industriels.
Tests bandelettes allergènes et mycotoxines
Les bandelettes RIDA®QUICK de R-Biopharm sont adaptés à l’analyse rapide des mycotoxines et des allergènes au travers d’un panel complet et validé sur un grand nombre de matrices.
Pour une gestion efficace des résidus de protéines allergènes, les tests bandelettes allergènes, RIDA®QUICK et Bioavid, sont utilisées sur les aliments, les eaux de rinçage (CIP) et sur les surfaces.
