Saggi enzimatici
I metodi enzimatici sono impiegati per la determinazione di costituenti come zuccheri, acidi o alcoli negli alimenti. Tali metodi sono importanti quando si analizzano, per esempio, vino, birra, succhi di frutta o latticini.
Il test si basa su una reazione enzimatica che produce un cambiamento di colorazione, misurabile con un apposito strumento. Una soluzione particolarmente comoda è RIDA®CUBE SCAN, un sistema portatile totalmente automatico e compatto. Per eseguire l’analisi basta pipettare il campione nella cartuccia; tutti gli altri step vengono eseguiti in maniera completamente automatica. Il risultato può essere letto sul display in meno di 15 minuti.
I test enzimatici sono condotti su vari segmenti di alimenti e mangimi, tra cui bevande alcoliche (birra, vino e liquori), mangimi animali, alimenti per l’infanzia, prodotti da forno, pasticceria, latticini, alimenti dietetici, succhi di frutta, miele, prodotti della carne, prodotti farmaceutici, cibi pronti, olio, prodotti ittici, bevande analcoliche, spezie, aceto e acqua.
