Intended use
Screening and differentiation of 8 bacteria and yeast in wine. The following bacteria and yeasts are differentiated:
- Lactobacilli / Pediococci,
- Oenococcus oeni,
- Acetic acid bacteria,
- Zygosaccharomyces bailii,
- Zygosaccharomyces rouxii,
- Dekkera bruxellensis, S
- accharomyces cerevisiae
and yeast.
