Mycotoxines (bandelettes mycotoxines, ELISA, colonnes d’immuno-affinité)
Les mycotoxines sont des métabolites toxiques générés par les moisissures. Les kits proposés permettent une analyse qualitative et quantitative rapide des mycotoxines.
Les principaux produits pouvant être contaminés par des mycotoxines sont le maïs, le blé, le riz, le soja et les arachides, en fonction de leurs conditions de croissance et de stockage. Ainsi, d’autres produits comme le seigle, l’avoine, les noisettes, les figues, les raisins ou les épices, peuvent également être touchés par les mycotoxines. La consommation de produits contaminés par des mycotoxines peut avoir des effets toxiques aigus et chroniques sur la santé des humains et des animaux induisant des conséquences irréversibles (diminution de la croissance animale, pertes commerciales, refus de marchandises etc..)
Pour protéger la santé des consommateurs et des animaux du monde entier, des lois relatives aux mycotoxines sont mises en place.

Analyser les mycotoxines!
L’analyse des mycotoxines est confrontée à des défis uniques ! Avant la récolte, la production est affectée par les conditions météorologiques ainsi que par les pratiques agricoles. Après la récolte, la production dépend des conditions de stockage. Pour analyser correctement les mycotoxines, il est nécessaire de répondre aux questions : où, quand, à quelle fréquence et quelle quantité les tester ?
Les mycotoxines ne sont pas réparties de façon homogène au sein des produits et peuvent être présentes en faible quantité. D’un point de vue analytique, les échantillons peuvent être des matrices simples telles que du blé ou du maïs, ou des matrices très complexes telles que des épices, du café ou des mélanges d’ingrédients pour l’alimentation animale. Il est donc important de choisir des méthodes de prélèvement et d’analyse adaptées au produit à tester.

Analyses multi-mycotoxines
Plusieurs mycotoxines peuvent contaminer un produit. Il n’est pas rare de trouver différentes trichothécènes dans un seul produit, parfois même en combinaison avec la zéaralénone. D’autres produits peuvent contenir des aflatoxines et des ochratoxines ou bien des aflatoxines et des fumonisines. Des tests et méthodes permettent de détecter plusieurs mycotoxines simultanément. Nous proposons des solutions multi-mycotoxines efficaces avant de réaliser une analyse par HPLC ou LC-MS/MS.
Matériaux de référence
Un test de qualité avec des performances prouvées puis vérifiées est nécessaire pour l’analyse des mycotoxines. L’utilisation de matériaux de référence certifiés spécialement conçus pour les mycotoxines renforcera votre assurance qualité en matière d’analyse. Solutions standards
Des standards synthétiques sont utilisés dans l’analyse des mycotoxines par méthode chromatographique. Ces solutions étalons peuvent aussi être utilisées pour réaliser du dopage d’échantillon en vue de valider une méthode.
