Colonne di purificazione

Quando si utilizzano metodi analitici come l’HPLC, la GC e la LC-MS/MS, la purificazione del campione riveste una grande importanza.

Per la pulizia/purificazione del campione per l’analisi delle micotossine offriamo le colonne IAC e SPE. Le colonne di immunoaffinità (RIDA®, EASI-EXTRACT®, PREP®) permettono la pulizia efficace dalle micotossine eventualmente contenute in ogni genere di materia prima, prima dell’analisi con HPLC, LC-MS/MS o ELISA. Le colonne di estrazione in fase solida PuriTox consentono la pulizia dalle micotossine prima dei test con TLC, HPLC, GC o LC-MS/MS.

Colonne di immunoaffinità

Le colonne di immunoaffinità (IAC) sono il metodo standard d’elezione per la preparazione delle micotossine prima della HPLC, GC e LC-MS/MS. Rappresentano lo strumento ideale di pulizia per l’analisi di campioni complessi o colorati di alimenti e mangimi. Anticorpi monoclonali isolano selettivamente e concentrano la micotossina d’interesse, eliminando dal campione qualsiasi componente d’interferenza. Questa pulizia altamente specifica rimuove le interferenze e fornisce un eluato pulito che elimina la necessità di utilizzare matrici standard abbinate o standard marcate con isotopi, migliora la cromatografia e in definitiva abbassa i limiti di rilevazione. R-Biopharm propone colonne IAC prodotte dalla consociata R-Biopharm Rhône. Le colonne IAC R-Biopharm Rhône sono incluse nei metodi ufficiali AOAC e CEN, superando le specifiche e i Method Performance Criteria della UE.

Colonne di estrazione in fase solida

Le colonne di estrazione in fase solida (SPE) contengono sostanze assorbenti solide che si legano ai componenti interferenti e ai pigmenti, abbassando così l’interferenza di fondo, producendo una migliore cromatografia e migliorando l’accuratezza dei risultati. Le colonne PuriTox di R-Biopharm Rhône consentono la rilevazione contemporanea di varie micotossine, offrendo così un metodo di screening semplice, rapido ed economicamente vantaggioso.
