Gluten analysis: Ensure a gluten-free lab
This video will introduce how to clean and check the lab before the analysis of gluten with ELISA (RIDASCREEN® Gliadin, Art. No. R7001 / RIDASCREEN®FAST Gliadin, Art. No. R7002) or Dipstick (RIDA®QUICK Gliadin, Art. No. R7003/R7004). A gluten-free lab is a prerequisite for the analysis of gluten in food.
Gluten analysis: Sample preparation with ethanol
This video shows the extraction of gluten from food with ethanol. This extraction method is used for raw or unprocessed samples. After extraction the extract can be used with ELISA (RIDASCREEN® Gliadin, Art. No. R7001 / RIDASCREEN®FAST Gliadin, Art. No. R7002) or dipstick (RIDA®QUICK Gliadin, Art. No. R7003/R7004) for the analysis of gluten in food. To ensure gluten-free food a reliable analysis is necessary.
Gluten analysis: Sample preparation with the Cocktail patented
This video shows the extraction of gluten from food with Cocktail (patented) (Art. No. R7006/R7016). This extraction method is used for processed samples.
Gluten analysis: Test procedure with the dip stick RIDA®QUICK Gliadin
This video shows the analysis of gluten after extraction with ethanol or Cocktail (patented) with the dipstick RIDA®QUICK Gliadin (Art. No. R7003/R7004). To ensure gluten-free food a reliable analysis is necessary.
Gluten analysis: Test procedure for the sandwich ELISA RIDASCREEN® Gliadin
This video will show, how samples were analyzed using the RIDASCREEN® Gliadin (Art. No. R7001) ELISA after extraction with Cocktail (patented). That ELISA is based on the R5 antibody, and the procedure is recommended by Codex Alimentarius ad Type I method for the analysis of gluten. The test is AOAC (official method of analysis), AACCI approved and recommended by the FDA. A gluten-free lab is a prerequisite for the analysis of gluten in food.
Gluten analysis: Test procedure for the competitive ELISA RIDASCREEN® Gliadin competitive
This video will show, how fermented or hydrolyzed samples like beer, starch, syrup or sour dough were analyzed using the RIDASCREEN® Gliadin competitive (Art. No. R7021) ELISA after extraction with Ethanol. That ELISA is based on the R5 antibody, and the procedure is recommended by Codex Alimentarius ad Type I method for the analysis of gluten. The test AACCI approved and recommended by the MEBAK and AOECS for beer analysis.
Soya analysis: Allergen management using RIDA®QUICK dipstick
This video shows how to use RIDA®QUICK Soya dipsticks for surface swabbing.
Soya analysis: Sample preparation for RIDA®QUICK Soya
This video shows how to prepare processed food samples for soya analysis with dipstick RIDA®QUICK Soya.
Soya analysis: Sample preparation for RIDASCREEN®FAST Soya
This video shows you how to prepare food samples prior to an allergen analysis using RIDASCREEN®FAST ELISA tests.
Soya analysis: Real-time PCR sample preparation
This video shows you how to prepare processed samples for real-time PCR using SureFood® PREP Advanced.
