SureFood® QUANTARD Allergen 1 ppm

Intended use

The SureFood® QUANTARD Allergen 1 ppm is a laboratory reference material for the determination of the limit of detection and the limit of quantification of the SureFood® ALLERGEN real-time PCR Kits.
It is based on corn flour material. It contains all potentially allergenic food ingredients according to regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 (except for lactose and sulphur dioxide) in a concentration of 1 mg/kg.
